*Full Interior Design Service
Step One: Initial Consultation
Our Full Interior Design Service starts with a 2 hr. initial on-site consultation. The goal of the meeting is to exchange information and to get familiar with the space in which design assistance is needed. As we walk-through your house or business, you will address how you intend to use the space, how it should function and also elaborate on your style aesthetic. We will also talk about which part of the project is a priority in order to have a starting point. If you decide to move forward and approve the design agreement, we will take measurements and photographs on that same visit in order to get started with the project.
Step Two: Presentation and Proposal
Within 2 weeks we will coordinate to meet for a full blown presentation at the site. Presentations consist of 1 -2 (3D ) renderings, a furniture plan (to scale), 1 - 2 Moodboards with all curated selections, paint palette and drawings for all custom pieces - such as window treatments, furniture or area rugs (if needed). The ability to view detailed drawings, see and feel fabrics and selected finishes will help in the understanding of how all selections will eventually cohesively come together in the project. At this time, a proposal with detailed descriptions, dimensions and costs is presented for your review. Project presentations may take 2-3 hours (depending on the size of the project).
Step Three: Project Implementation
Upon acceptance of the proposed items, a 75% deposit is requested for ordering process and customizations to take place. As items come in, our receivers inspect, assemble and house the merchandise. In the meantime, we advance in other areas such as paint, floors and/or built carpentry. Remember: Every project is different and will have different needs.
Fourth and Final Step: Project Implementation
During the fourth and final step, we invoice final payment and coordinate Installation Day better known as “Reveeeaaal Daaay”! This is the day your furniture gets delivered, installed and stylized with accessories that will reveal that final designer look you have Oh been waiting for! ;-)
This service may range between $1,500 - $3,000 (Price does not include merchandise). Please note that an hourly rate is applied for Installation & Styling.

Specialty Designs: Include Kitchen & Bath Concepts, Media Rooms and all types of Custom Cabinetry.
Interior Specifications: Lighting and Plumbing Fixtures, Hardware, Wall Finishes and Floor Selections

This service is billed on an hourly basis - $95 p/h. An estimate of work hours may be provided at the Initial Consultation meeting.

*Window Coverings /Custom Pillows / Bedding / Seating Reupholstery
This service includes a 90 minute site visit to discuss the needs of the project (up to 2 rooms), to analyze the aesthetics and to take window, bed and/or furniture dimensions. Please note that this service can include any or all of the mentioned pieces.
It will take approximately 10 business days to:
generate a concept
draw out sketches (if for window treatments, it is usually a couple of options)
hardware sourcing (if working with window treatments)
order and receive fabric samples (designer usually takes extra samples for replacements or substitutions)
paint selection for room cohesiveness (if needed)
During the presentation a proposal with detailed descriptions is presented for review. Once approved, ordering and fabrication process will take place.
Cost of Service: $650.
Please note: The service includes up to 2 changes, after that sourcing time will be charged at $95 p/h.
